I will be making 22 resolutions for 2022! For me, it always starts with gratitude. This is an easy and really effective way to change your perspective and start seeing the good in the world and in our lives. There is plenty of good AND bad in the world. My son, who has autism, still has a long way to go, but we have made progess. So I want to end Autism Awareness Month focusing on these wins.
