My second goal of my “22 Goals for 2022” is to stay hydrated. I’m pretty sure I’m one of those people who is chronically dehydrated. It should be pretty easy to fix – just “drink more water” right? But for me it’s not that simple. I don’t love plain water. Here are some other ways to hydrate happy!
